Renovation to the foyer of the Lodge room
February
In 2024 the officers decided it was time to update our Lodge room which has not changed since 1980, to the best of our knowledge. Earlier, in the Spring of 2024, we purchased new chairs to replace the old wooden chairs. The members approved the renovation and it was completed during the month of February. In order to "keep" a part of its history, the board and batten was designed to resemble the old wooden chairs that came from the old Lodge building on Walnut Street (now the Vandivort Hotel).

The Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Missouri took part in yet another corner stone ceremony, dedicating the new Greene County Jail with over 300 members of the community present.

The annual Past Master Dinner was held at the Masonic York Rite Temple in Springfield on August 6, 2022. 10 Past Master were in attendance.

January
Solomon Lodge, using the Creating a Partnership program of the Masonic Home made another donation to the Ozarks Food Harvest - Backpack for Kids.
To date, Solomon Lodge has helped ten children eat three meals per day, per weekend, for one full year!

Solomon Lodge No.271 and Republic Lodge No.570 joined together in a Trunk or Treat for the kids of Republic!

January
Solomon Lodge donated money to Sherwood Elementary that would eliminate all student lunch debt for the first semester of the 2019-2020 school year.

The 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat was another huge success with 80 bags of candy distributed within the first half hour!!!

Another year of assisting the Boys and Girls Club - Sertoma Unit - with their Christmas Dinner. This year was a little different due to health concerns, but the drive up line was a huge success...lot's of laughs and smiles and Merry Christmas greetings

The Cornerstone Ceremony for the new Greene County Operations Center was laid on October 24, 2019. The event was attended by over 200 members of Greene County as well as local Masonic Lodges and members of the Grand Lodge of Missouri, who presided over the ceremony.
